1. Acceptance

By accessing algonex.xyz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between you and us regarding the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if that age is higher, to use this site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Individual games may carry their own age guidance from their developer.

3. The service

Algonex Games is a directory of 83 browser games. The games themselves are created and hosted by third-party providers and are embedded on our pages. We curate, categorise and describe them; we do not develop or operate them. We may add, change or remove any title, feature or page at any time, and availability can stop without notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape or republish our catalogue, descriptions or editorial content in bulk.
• Do not frame, mirror or re-embed our pages elsewhere, or strip out our branding or legal notices.
• Do not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with security or advertising components of the site.
• Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.

5. Third-party content

Embedded games load from external domains and may display their own notices, adverts or storage prompts. We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of a game is also subject to that provider's own terms. 6. Advertising

The site is funded by advertising, including ads served by Google and its partners. Ads are clearly separated from our editorial content; a game's placement in a category or leaderboard is never sold. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. 7. Intellectual property

Each game, along with its artwork, audio and trademarks, belongs to its respective developer or publisher. The Algonex name, page layout and written descriptions belong to us and may not be reused without permission.

If you are a rights holder and want a title removed, email [email protected] with the game name, the URL on this site, a description of the right you hold, proof of ownership or authority to act, and your contact details. We will review and, where the claim is substantiated, remove the listing promptly.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that any game will load, work in every browser, be free of errors or interruption, or preserve your progress. Ratings, play counts and leaderboard positions shown on the site are indicative only and are not audited statistics.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algonex Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or game progress, arising from use of the site or from any third-party game accessed through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and if a mandatory consumer protection in your country gives you greater rights, those rights are unaffected.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or block access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where doing so is necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the site at any time; there is no account to close.

12. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you locally. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
